Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial needs no payment details, and there is no automatic charge when it ends. You pay only if you choose to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
CRM access pauses for the whole team, and you keep an account area to subscribe, export your data or contact support. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends.
What does the $500 cover?
One company workspace with up to 10 users and every feature on this page. File storage is agreed with you during onboarding.
What if we have more than 10 people?
Your billing owner can add users beyond the first 10 for $50 per user, per month. The trial also includes up to 10 users.
Can we subscribe before the trial is over?
Yes. Subscribing early starts your paid month immediately and ends the rest of the trial. Checkout says so before you confirm.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel from the billing portal at any time. The subscription won't renew, and access continues until the end of the month you've paid for.
What happens to our data if we leave?
We keep your workspace data for at least 14 days after service ends, with export available, and we email before anything is deleted. You can reactivate the same workspace in that time.
Are taxes included?
Applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Card processing fees never change the advertised price.
Does adding teammates later reset the trial?
No. The trial belongs to the company, so new members, a new leader or a different sign-in method don't restart it.
